steirischer herbst 2013 will take place from 20/09 to 13/10.
In June the programme will be presented and can be found online here. At the same time ticket sale will start.

herbst Academy 2013

herbst Academy again offers four international workshops for artists, theorists and students to reflect on this year's steirischer herbst leitmotif and on the art works on show at the festival. In 2013 they are held by the Cairo-based arts initiative Beirut, the Italian philosopher Giovanni Leghissa, Alanna Lockward, curator and initiator of the Art Labour Archives and theatre-maker and activist Hector Aristizábal.
Deadline for application is Wed 31/07/2013.

Performers wanted!

A crowd of 120 people of all ages constitutes the ensemble of Las Multitudes, a play being staged by the Argentinian author, director and film-maker Federico León for steirischer herbst 2013. We are looking for around 100 performers aged seven to eighty to take to the stage together with the Argentinian ensemble.
